This remote internship is designed for someone eager to help shape a growing creative e-commerce brand while gaining hands-on exposure to startup marketing. The role blends brand building, social media management, content creation, and basic paid advertising support.
What you'll do
- Support the development and growth of the Journora brand through creative marketing initiatives.
- Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform campaign ideas.
- Contribute ideas for fresh campaigns and help execute them across channels.
- Strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic marketing support.
- Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok where available.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos that fit the brand style.
- Write captions and social copy that sound consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
- Maintain monthly content calendars and keep the brand voice uniform across platforms.
- Reply to comments and direct messages while helping nurture an active online community.
- Track social trends and propose content ideas that can improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in creating and running Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Help with targeting, objectives, budgeting, and ad creative preparation for campaigns.
- Monitor campaign results, review basic analytics, and share suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly reports covering engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign outcomes.

Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing and brand development.

- Basic video-editing ability with CapCut or comparable software.

Stipend and structure
