Social Media Marketing Intern (Work From Home, Part Time)

About the internship

This internship is with R-Space, a mobile app built to help university students connect, share, and feel at home. The platform is designed to address common student challenges such as settling into a new city, managing money better, finding peers, and discovering local offers. It brings students, university communities, and nearby businesses together in one trusted ecosystem.

R-Space is organized around three core areas: R-Community, a welcoming space where students can meet, exchange ideas, and form campus connections; R-Bazar, a private campus marketplace for buying, selling, exchanging, or giving away items such as books, furniture, and gadgets; and R-Society, a verified directory of local businesses, student discounts, events, and university-area happenings.

The goal of this role is to increase engagement on social media among current and prospective students, along with local businesses in UK cities.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine social media content according to the planned campaign calendar.
• Handle direct messages and interact with audience comments as effectively as possible.
• Develop one original social media post based on your own ideas.

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, and can commit to a 2-month internship. Requirements

• Suitable for students or recent graduates interested in social media marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Comfort with social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X is expected.
• Moderate content-editing ability using any preferred tool or platform.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 3,000 to INR 5,000.
