About the Internship
The International Institute Of SDGs & Public Policy Research invites passionate individuals interested in reducing the digital gap affecting rural India to intern as Research Assistants focusing on digital disparity and access to online education. This remote position requires strong command over English written and spoken skills to contribute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research regarding the digital divide impacting rural communities and their access to online education.
- Analyze collected data to uncover barriers and challenges rural learners face in digital education.
- Formulate practical strategies and recommendations aimed at increasing accessibility to online learning resources in rural areas.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement research methodologies such as surveys and interviews.
- Prepare drafts of analytical reports, scholarly articles, and policy briefs for dissemination.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies relevant to digital equity and e-learning.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available to work from home full-time starting between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
- Commitment to a 1-month internship duration is essential.
- Relevant skills and a keen interest in research and social impact are required.
- School students are not eligible.
Additional Information
The internship offers a stipend range of INR 5000 to 10000 per month. Flexible working hours are provided, with a 5-day workweek schedule. Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate of accomplishment and a letter of recommendation to support their professional growth.
