About the Internship

This internship involves conducting thorough product and content research supporting the development of software applications focused on mobile, web, desktop, networking, and IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both primary and secondary online research on similar digital platforms to gain insights into product functionality.
• Analyze competitors and comparable products to benchmark features and user experience.
• Explore user interface, engagement strategies, and content presentation of products to identify improvements.
• Recommend potential enhancements or novel product ideas based on user problem research and competitor analysis.
• Assist the product team by preparing detailed comparison and feature analysis documents and supporting product feature definition.
• Conduct open-minded research on diverse topics, presenting balanced viewpoints and gathering evidence from credible sources such as news outlets, academic papers, and expert media.
• Document facts, statistics, and perspectives systematically with maintained source references.
• Convert complex research into organized, structured content and reports suitable for product and content teams.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and all documentation related to research efforts.
• Deliver concise summaries and presentations of research outcomes and recommendations to relevant teams.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to a 6-month internship.
• Availability to start between August 9, 2026, and September 13, 2026 is required.
• The role suits individuals with interests and relevant skills in product and content research.

Additional Information

• This position offers a monthly stipend of INR 5000.
• Work schedule is five days a week, and a certificate of completion will be awarded.
• Preferred candidates come from backgrounds such as Business, Management, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, Political Science, Social Sciences, Engineering, Technology, English, Communications, or other research-oriented fields.
