Compensation and Benefits
This internship is primarily unpaid; however, performance-based stipends are awarded upon successful candidate placements as follows:

- 5 to 8 hires: INR 3000
- 9 to 12 hires: INR 5000
- 13 to 15 hires: INR 7500
- 16 or more hires: INR 10000 plus top-performer awards
Additionally, interns will receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
