About the internship
This remote internship is centered on building and growing a dedicated Instagram and YouTube Shorts presence through fast-paced, original short-form content. The selected intern will act as a visible creator on camera or use voiceover, while developing content around careers, hiring, resumes, job search advice, tech hiring updates, and workplace humor.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, and publish 1 to 2 short reels each day, targeting about 25 to 30 posts a month, on Instagram and YouTube Shorts accounts you will manage and grow.
- Write scripts, record footage, and edit 60-second videos on assigned topics such as job hunting, resumes, hiring trends in tech, career guidance, and workplace humor.
- Track daily trends, viral formats, and trending audio in the careers and tech space, then turn them into fresh content ideas.
- Handle audience engagement by replying to comments and direct messages to help build an active community.
- Work with a team of 4 other creators through a shared content pipeline, contribute ideas, and join weekly review discussions.
- Organize content production in batches and maintain a steady posting calendar to support consistent publishing.
- Measure content performance using reach, retention, engagement, and follower growth metrics, then share weekly updates with the team.

Stipend and compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 to 20,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 per month. If the internship converts into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹2,00,000 to ₹5,00,000.
