About the Role
DCB Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager for a walk-in opportunity in Patiala. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, acquiring new quality clients, and promoting the bank’s products and services in line with business needs.
Role Summary
This position is aimed at delivering excellent service to existing customers, converting references into new business, and helping the branch improve its market presence through effective cross-selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new, high-quality customers and recommend suitable banking products based on the bank’s current priorities.
- Handle customer service requests accurately, within timelines, and without errors.
- Resolve issues by following established procedures and escalate concerns promptly whenever required.
- Contribute to the branch’s overall presentation and ensure it creates a strong visual impression for visitors.
- Provide a premium service experience to current customers and use referrals to expand the customer base.
- Promote deposit and fee-based products to existing customers to improve business penetration.
- Work on strengthening customer relationships and support sales efforts to deepen engagement.
- Stay updated on the bank’s products as well as competing offerings in the market.
- Continuously build awareness of banking trends, competitor products, and market movements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the bank from time to time.

Compensation
The role offers a salary package in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
