Role Overview
This position involves engaging with customers primarily via phone calls to provide detailed information about products and services. Maintaining ongoing communication with customers through WhatsApp to address their needs is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, delivering product and service details.
- Use WhatsApp to stay in touch with customers and assist them based on their requirements.
- Perform routine computer tasks including entering customer and order information, and assisting in billing and other office-related activities.
- Warmly welcome customers visiting the store, understand their needs, and help them find the right products.
- Organize and display store inventory neatly, keep stock well-managed, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the shop.
Candidate Profile
- Should possess good behavior, strong communication skills, responsibility towards duties, and a keen willingness to learn.
