Job Overview
Ratnesh and Company seeks a diligent and tech-oriented Computer Assistant to strengthen our office operations in Panki, Kanpur. This role requires proficiency in standard computer applications and a readiness to manage diverse administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, print, and scan various documents.
- Manage customer data and communication through WhatsApp and email platforms.
- Provide support in general office administration duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Comfortable working with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and internet navigation.
- Reading comprehension of English documents and typing proficiency of at least 35-40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning new software tools.
- Basic familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce, image editing software, or Canva is advantageous; necessary training will be provided.
- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Additional Information
Both freshers with solid computer skills and a positive mindset, as well as experienced candidates, are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those with experience.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
