Talent Project Manager, Strategic Projects - Assistant Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient Project Manager skilled in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to spearhead strategic projects related to implementing, integrating, and optimizing EY Talent systems. This role demands strong project management expertise, SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, and data integration experience to deliver projects effectively while fulfilling business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project management from planning through deployment, aligning all efforts with Talent's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and expected deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed cross-functional project plans and timelines with various teams.
• Allocate and oversee project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, ensuring optimal staffing and usage.
• Identify potential risks early, develop and implement mitigation plans to secure project success.
• Prepare and manage overall project budgets, monitoring expenses including operational and capital expenditures to stay within limits.
• Maintain transparent and regular communication with stakeholders, team members, and leadership regarding project progress and decisions.
• Establish and uphold quality assurance processes, project management best practices, and testing protocols to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes by end users.
• Keep thorough project documentation including plans, status updates, meeting notes, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7 to 11 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, specifically focused on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects within Talent domains.
• Deep understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
