Role Overview

This position involves managing and supporting logistics and supply chain operations to facilitate the efficient movement and delivery of goods, materials, and essential information. The Coordinator will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure steady and reliable supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily logistics and supply chain functions to support operational demands.
• Monitor shipment progress, delivery timelines, and order completion statuses.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date logistics and inventory documentation.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and alerting to shortages or delays.
• Engage with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication.
• Manage and prepare shipping, receipt, and transportation paperwork.
• Detect and communicate any expected delays, risks, or issues in logistics processes.
• Assist with analyzing logistics data and preparing reports.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and processes.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal standards and supply chain policies.
