About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be pivotal in ensuring continuous product availability by managing stock levels and maintaining smooth purchasing processes. This role involves overseeing the purchasing cycle, closely monitoring supply trends, and coordinating timely deliveries with suppliers across the UK and Europe.

The Supply Chain team is close-knit, offering substantial room for career progression within supply chain planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing and ordering process through the ERP system.
- Track stock quantities, supplier reliability, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and escalate early signs of supply shortages or delivery delays.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve delivery disruptions.
- Assist the Commercial Manager in procurement and supply duties.
- Supply accurate, up-to-date information to internal teams, including sales and commercial departments.
- Provide backup support across the supply chain function during high-demand periods or absences.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or buying coordinator role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to juggle several priorities while maintaining precision.
- Analytical proficiency and numerical skills, with an ability to detect trends and potential problems promptly.
- Excellent communication capabilities and relationship-building skills with suppliers.
- Knowledge of French or Spanish is a desirable advantage but not mandatory.
