Job Overview
The Shop Floor Assistant position at Centra involves effectively managing merchandise presentation, stock rotation, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards within a designated department at the Piltown, County Kilkenny location.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Centra's brand principles by embodying attributes such as pride, energy, creativity, and community focus.
- Handle order processing across multiple departments.
- Consistently maintain and showcase retail areas to a high standard of presentation.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to update store layouts including shelving ends and side displays, ensuring accurate execution of changes.
- Apply proper labeling and implement thorough stock rotation protocols.
- Verify incoming deliveries according to goods receipt procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas behind the sales floor.
