The club emphasizes excellent member and guest experiences supported by reliable and detail-oriented administrative operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area to manage the day-to-day administrative activities at our club’s office. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless communication and professional service for members, guests, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with courtesy and promptness.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently for staff and executives.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records.
- Prepare correspondence and basic reports as needed.
- Assist managers and executives with administrative tasks such as calendar management and meeting arrangements.
- Support data entry and documentation processes.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in administrative support including scheduling, filing, document creation, and data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities for diverse interactions.
- Experience supporting executive or leadership staff with confidential information handling and calendar coordination.
- Proficiency with office software including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Customer service oriented with professionalism suited to a member or guest-centric environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar sectors such as country clubs is advantageous.
- Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent. Additional office administration certifications are considered a plus.
