Job Overview

As a Shift Manager at Third Wave Coffee in Bengaluru, you will play a key role in enhancing the coffee experience by educating customers, handling sales of coffee and related equipment, and ensuring excellent beverage preparation. The role involves engaging customers with tastings and samples, managing product displays, and adhering to operational standards for equipment and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote coffee culture by educating patrons and selling coffee, grinding, and brewing apparatus.
• Greet and assess customers' coffee preferences and needs to provide personalized service.
• Conduct tasting sessions for manual brews and food samples to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare beverages and food items following established recipes with consistency and care.
• Encourage revenue growth through suggestive selling based on customer preferences.
• Manage stock levels on merchandise racks, display units, and frozen display units by timely replenishment.
• Comply with standard operating procedures when using equipment, maintain preventive maintenance schedules, and report repairs promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and healthy work environment by adhering to established SOPs.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback regarding products and service areas, escalating concerns to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate ownership in personal growth and skill development and share knowledge with team members.

Additional Details

The position offers a monthly compensation ranging between INR 22,000 and 30,500.
