Job Overview

Superstar Beverages is in search of a dedicated Store Manager to handle daily store operations effectively. The ideal candidate will monitor stock, ensure efficient inventory control, and promote exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and improve storage space utilization.
• Precisely log all stock transactions such as receipts, issues, and returns.
• Use computer systems for managing inventories, sales tracking, and report generation.
• Lead, supervise, and coach store personnel to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer care, troubleshoot problems, and cultivate customer loyalty.
• Perform routine stock audits, recognize slow-moving products, and develop plans to reduce waste.
• Prepare reports covering sales figures, inventory status, and customer feedback to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in managing retail stores or equivalent roles.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Be proficient with computer applications and inventory management software.
• Adapt well to a high-paced work setting and efficiently manage priorities.

Additional Information

The salary for this position is fixed at 30000 per month.
