Job description
Overview
The Leadership Development & Strategy Cluster leads the formulation and implementation of leadership and talent development policies across the Public Service. Its mission encompasses fostering effective, high-achieving leaders and leadership teams who excel in current roles and innovate for the future; cultivating a leadership corps enriched with diverse experiences, skills, and perspectives; and building a cohesive leadership community unified by shared purpose, identity, and values. These objectives inform how senior leaders and leadership talents are identified, nurtured, and engaged in partnership with internal and external stakeholders such as the Civil Service College, HR professionals, and public service leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of senior leadership appointments by coordinating closely with HR teams in multiple public agencies to ensure efficient and seamless processes.
- Investigate, assess, and propose innovative technology solutions—such as automation and digital transformation—to optimize appointment workflows in collaboration with Digitalisation and IT teams.
- Manage the computation and distribution of annual allowance components, guaranteeing compliance with relevant policies and accuracy.
