Job Overview
We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-focused Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead visual communications across Purplle’s e-commerce platform. This role emphasizes crafting compelling, performance-driven creatives for the website, app, CRM, and marketing channels while safeguarding consistent brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design homepage visuals, campaign landing pages, category banners, offer strips, widgets, and merchandising assets for both web and mobile app interfaces.
- Create platform assets that drive conversions aligned with business goals, seasonal promotions, and sales events.
- Maintain visual uniformity throughout all consumer interaction points within the Purplle ecosystem.
- Develop creatives for email campaigns, push notifications, WhatsApp, app notifications, and customer retention initiatives.
- Produce both static and animated creatives for performance marketing platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Continuously refine designs based on click-through rates, conversion metrics, engagement analytics, and campaign feedback.
- Convert campaign ideas into flexible design systems that scale across various formats and sizes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, category, growth, and content teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
- Preserve compelling visual storytelling while balancing business objectives and campaign performance.
- Utilize AI-driven tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, or comparable technologies to accelerate creative brainstorming and production.
- Investigate emerging design trends, motion graphics styles, and digital-first visual formats pertinent to beauty commerce.
- Handle concurrent projects efficiently, ensuring rapid delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure flawless, pixel-perfect designs with organized files and ready-for-production outputs.
- Guide and mentor junior design team members to uphold overall creative standards.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in platform banners, CRM creatives, campaign visuals, and digital merchandising assets.
- Proficiency at an advanced level with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and designs aimed at conversion optimization.
- Capability to thrive in fast-moving, high-volume environments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
