Senior Executive / Executive Cabin Crew Rostering

Job Overview

The selected individual will join the Cabin Crew Rostering team of the Integrated Crew Operations & Planning Department at a leading airline. The main focus is ensuring that cabin crew schedules are accurate, comply with policies, fair, and delivered punctually while supporting training schedules, network adjustments, and operational stability by leveraging crew rostering technology and data analysis.

Primary Duties

• Create, optimize, and issue monthly cabin crew schedules, upholding fairness and precision, particularly in the even allocation of flying hours and allowances.
• Use data-driven insights, scenario planning, and rule evaluation to formulate rostering strategies that balance operational demands with crew welfare and equity.
• Set up, observe, and continuously improve system settings within Crew Management and Jeppesen Crew Rostering platforms to enhance roster quality and compliance.
• Organize and implement rostering for regulatory and service training, including for new and current crew, ensuring qualifications for various aircraft and multi-fleet advancement.
• Facilitate the timely integration of new crew members to support network expansion and strengthen operational reliability.
• Guarantee that scheduling outputs adhere to regulatory standards and collective agreements, maintaining thorough audit trails for decisions and rule applications.
• Quickly adapt schedules to network shifts or aircraft changes based on company directives and operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with Cabin Crew Division stakeholders and unions for roster-related policies, communication, and problem-solving.
• Handle crew inquiries and feedback regarding roster fairness, delivering clear and prompt responses through communication and engagement sessions.
• Oversee a small team of 3 to 4 associates, with flexibility in staff allocation according to operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree is required, ideally in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Experience with IT projects is advantageous.
• Strong team orientation and positive approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Superior interpersonal and communication abilities.
