Role Overview
Join the dedicated sales team of Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) as a Sales Executive Trainee – Motorcycles. This onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles, engaging customers, and understanding showroom operations. Work closely with a dynamic team to enhance your sales expertise and develop into a proficient motorcycle sales professional.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the promotion and sales of both new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
- Help build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in marketing activities and promote Harley-Davidson products during dealership events.
- Support accurate preparation and management of sales documentation and administration.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and consistently uphold brand standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer test rides as well as enhance showroom engagement experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Strong passion for motorcycles, specifically the Harley-Davidson brand.
- Graduate or equivalent educational qualification; open to fresh graduates or individuals with minimal sales experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills enabling positive customer connections.
- Willingness to learn about Harley-Davidson products, evolving market trends, and customer interaction methods.
- Demonstrated teamwork with a respectful attitude and commitment to company attendance policies.
- Motivation to enhance both selling and customer service skills.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn CRM and dealership management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to customer service or retail sales roles.
- Experience or interest in motorcycle sales or the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of sales-related administrative tasks and documentation.
- Awareness of CRM tools or dealership management systems will be advantageous.
