Relationship Manager

About the Role

As a Relationship Manager in a field sales capacity, you will meet customers face to face, assess their insurance requirements, suggest appropriate solutions, and support them in making well-informed financial choices. The role is customer-oriented and combines relationship management, consultative selling, and on-ground field operations.

Role Expectations

• This position follows a 6-day working schedule.
• You will receive one fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday; weekends are working days.
• Daily travel in the field is expected, typically around 50 to 100 km within the assigned area.
• You should aim for at least 3 successful customer meetings each day, depending on lead availability.
• For mobility, having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.
• You must be comfortable using a smartphone, GPS navigation, and company mobile apps.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Follow the ISMS policy, procedures, and objectives.
• Take part actively in ISMS-related exercises.
• Ask your Team Leader or Executive for access when information access is needed.
• Report any known or suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk.
• Keep passwords confidential and protected.
• Safeguard information assets from threats to confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
