About the Role
As a Relationship Manager in a field sales capacity, you will meet customers face to face, assess their insurance requirements, suggest appropriate solutions, and support them in making well-informed financial choices. The role is customer-oriented and combines relationship management, consultative selling, and on-ground field operations.
Role Expectations
- This position follows a 6-day working schedule.
- You will receive one fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday; weekends are working days.
- Daily travel in the field is expected, typically around 50 to 100 km within the assigned area.
- You should aim for at least 3 successful customer meetings each day, depending on lead availability.
- For mobility, having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.
- You must be comfortable using a smartphone, GPS navigation, and company mobile apps.

Information Security Responsibilities
- Follow the ISMS policy, procedures, and objectives.
- Take part actively in ISMS-related exercises.
- Ask your Team Leader or Executive for access when information access is needed.
- Report any known or suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk.
- Keep passwords confidential and protected.
- Safeguard information assets from threats to confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
