About the Role

As the Regional Program and Engagement Manager for the Middle East and Africa region, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our professional services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of customer projects ranging in scale and complexity, guaranteeing alignment with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customers, partners, and internal teams, cultivating trusted relationships and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Lead full project lifecycles including planning, execution, governance, and delivery, adhering to established quality standards and methodologies.
  • Create and update project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates to ensure transparent communication on project health and progress.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Technical Delivery, and Partners to ensure seamless project coordination.

  • Manage logistics and operational activities related to customer training for smooth delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Five to seven years of experience managing projects or programs within cybersecurity, enterprise software, IT services, or professional services sectors.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle project delivery managing customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with effective prioritization and deadline management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to foster trust and manage expectations.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify risks and implement mitigation plans effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex project information clearly to technical teams, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Collaborative team player capable of influencing cross-functional groups without formal authority.
  • High accountability and focus on delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Technical understanding to translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Experience coordinating customer training, inclusive of scheduling, logistics, and communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and project management platforms like MS Project, Wrike, or Jira.
  • Experience integrating AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Project documentation, reporting, financial management including budget, billing milestones, and forecasting knowledge.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
