Role Overview

Magnet Brains Learning Foundation is seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in EdTech to oversee projects involving YouTube channels, websites, applications, and learning platforms. The position is full-time and based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee EdTech projects integrating YouTube, websites, apps, and digital learning environments.
• Supervise YouTube channels including content performance and audience participation.
• Utilize YouTube Analytics and study trends and viewer behavior to enhance engagement and outreach.
• Collaborate effectively with content creators, academic experts, technical teams, and marketing departments.
• Maintain schedules for projects, prepare deliverables on time, and assess project outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years managing EdTech projects with practical experience.
• Demonstrated success in handling educational YouTube channels.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube’s market, algorithm mechanics, analytic tools, and topical content trends.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or equivalent digital education platforms.
• Exemplary skills in project management and team coordination.
