Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our Regina, Saskatchewan location. This role requires delivering both sales and technical assistance to parts customers and the Service department, along with managing parts and accessories inventory, receiving, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell parts products while delivering outstanding customer service
• Help meet branch revenue and margin goals
• Oversee key customer accounts
• Offer various pricing and availability solutions for requested quotations
• Follow up on pending quotes to finalize orders
• Provide Service Technicians with necessary parts
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for required parts
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and handling inbound and outbound orders
• Collect customer payments and ensure customer satisfaction
• Efficiently process credits and returns
• Record all sales transactions and verify receiving documents

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant parts-related position
• Possession of a journeyperson parts ticket or enrollment in a relevant program is beneficial
• Strong skills with MS Office apps including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer-focused attitude
• Excellent spoken and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
