Pay and working arrangement
The hourly rate is $45.46 plus 12% superannuation. An additional $4.32 per hour may be paid through the Worker Retention Payment Scheme. Before-school care runs from 6:30 am to 8:30 am, and after-school care runs from 2:35 pm to 6:00 pm. Work is Monday to Friday, with guaranteed hours on all school days. Vacation care may involve flexible hours of up to 38 hours per week. The role is close to home, and professional development time is paid as training. Retention payments are above award.
What you will do
In this role, you will coordinate the service and make sure children have a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
