Compensation and Work Hours

• Hourly wage ranges from 29 to 37 USD, guaranteed to meet or exceed the local minimum wage.
• Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premium pay ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 USD per hour can be earned under specific conditions, such as work schedule, location, season, or tasks.
• Work shifts include opening and morning hours.
