About the Role
Our partner, an established membership-based organization specializing in cybersecurity, aims to advance professional growth, industry insights, networking, and executive-level community connections. We are seeking a diligent and proactive Member Success & Community Associate to enhance member engagement, communication, and foster community expansion within designated regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned members, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
- Carry out regular outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and messaging platforms to nurture strong relationships with members.
- Support strategies designed to maintain and boost member retention and involvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address member needs and promote community initiatives.
- Invite members to attend both virtual and physical events using standardized communications.
- Encourage member participation by driving event registrations and following up pre- and post-events.
- Assist in event coordination through CRM and event management tools.
- Conduct research to verify contact details for current and prospective members and maintain accurate outreach records.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to support outreach activities.
- Distribute information on research, event invitations, registration details, and member resources.
- Send reminders and tailored communications about forthcoming events and opportunities.
- Aid member onboarding and sustain ongoing engagement efforts.
- Keep member and account data updated in CRM databases.
- Assist with generating reports, managing contact lists, cleaning data, and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to social media and promotional initiatives related to the community and events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with professional outreach and building relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, or outreach technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote work setting.
- Professional attitude with a proactive and service-focused approach.
Preferred Experience
- Background in customer success, client relationships, or community management.
- Experience as an executive assistant or in account coordination.
- Involvement in events, member engagement, outreach, or partnership coordination.
