About the Role and Company
Join Effervescent Agency, a nationally recognised brand with a 5-star reputation, over 400 venue partners, and more than 2,000,000 generated for clients since 2022. This position is primarily Midlands-based with frequent travel for content creation days and occasional UK-wide trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar that consistently reflects the Effervescent brand voice.
- Produce short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks featuring talent and venues.
- Plan, execute, and oversee Meta advertising campaigns aimed at venue acquisition and talent recruitment.
- Track ad performance metrics, optimise campaigns for effectiveness, and report on return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage advertising budgets and employ data-driven strategies to maximize campaign outcomes.
- Design and produce on-brand visual assets for social media, advertisements, and pitch materials.
- Maintain and develop the visual identity of Effervescent Agency to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, whether within an agency, in-house team, or freelancing.
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with clear accountability for results.
- Competency in graphic design with the ability to create polished visuals independently.
- Video editing skills specifically for creating engaging Reels and TikTok content.
- Must be aged 18 or older and possess a valid driver's license.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory for application.
Additional Information
The role requires frequent travel within the Midlands region and occasionally across the UK for content-related activities. The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Director. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
