Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Prepare for dishing and tray assembly by ensuring all necessary food items and utensils, such as casseroles, ladles, plated casseroles, rays, and pre-packed cutleries, are ready in advance.
• Conduct food dishing activities following specific guidelines, including recording temperatures before and after dishing, and completing sessions within designated time frames.
• Manage tray assembly operations with strict adherence to instructions, monitoring temperature records before and after assembly, and completing tasks timely.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene standards following ISO2200 and MUIS food safety practices throughout all activities.
• Keep detailed records of all dishing and tray assembly sessions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure work areas are consistently clean and orderly, with thorough cleaning performed after each dishing session.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors and comply with all instructions given.

Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of Primary School completion.
• Possession of Basic Food Hygiene certification.
• Ability to work in cold room environments as part of food preparation processes.
• Good understanding of food production and preparation methods.
