Role Overview
The firm is hiring a detail-focused Paralegal to enrich their expanding legal team. This position is particularly suited for law graduates or early-career legal professionals who want broad exposure to corporate and commercial law within a lively investment and management setting. The role includes collaboration with senior leaders and external legal advisers, offering comprehensive hands-on experience across multiple sectors as a foundation for a career in corporate and commercial law.
Key Duties
- Assist with drafting and assessing various commercial contracts including supplier, service, confidentiality, and corporate documents.
- Support legal operations ensuring adherence to UK legal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare filing documents for Companies House, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external solicitors, legal consultants, and professionals, managing instructions and tracking ongoing legal matters.
- Contribute to legal due diligence in connection with acquisitions, investments, financing, and other corporate deals.
- Provide support related to hospitality, property, and licensing issues as needed.
- Organize and manage legal files, precedents, and document systems.
- Deliver daily legal and administrative assistance to senior management handling various priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
