Junior Customer Care Officer

About the Role

Seib Insurance and Reinsurance Company LLC, based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Junior Customer Care Officer to join their expanding team. This role primarily involves managing life and medical insurance claims queries and complaints through emails and telephone. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in agile, fast-paced, and dynamic work settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve inquiries related to insurance claims efficiently.
• Coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPA) and Seib management to facilitate timely resolution of claim-related matters.
• Maintain regular communication and act as liaison with clients within the assigned portfolio.
• Generate reports concerning customer service issues and track recurring challenges.
• Communicate group renewal notices and sales proposals, and provide weekly updates on their progress to the Senior Claims Manager.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on both new and renewed insurance policies to brokers, policyholders, and insured parties as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of informational booklets and ensure their timely issuance according to established turnaround times (TAT).
• Identify and report recurring problems in order to prevent damage to Seib’s reputation.
• Strive to enhance client satisfaction with the goal of encouraging policy renewals.
• Adhere strictly to administrative and communication deadlines, including prompt email responses and telephone etiquette.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• Candidates should have between zero and two years of professional experience.
• Prior experience within the medical field is advantageous.
