About the Role

Aura Group Qatar is recruiting a welcoming and highly organized Hostess for its distinguished luxury lifestyle venue, Nammos Beach Club Doha. This role focuses on providing guests with an outstanding initial impression through warm greetings, effective reservation management, and smooth seating coordination, all designed to uphold the renowned standards of the Nammos brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage with guests upon arrival.
• Efficiently organize reservations, waitlists, and assign tables.
• Accompany guests to their seats and assist throughout their arrival.
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant Management and Service Teams to optimize seating and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records using designated systems.
• Keep the reception area clean, orderly, and reflective of brand standards.
• Monitor table availability and communicate effectively with operational staff.
• Identify and accommodate VIP guests and special occasions where possible.
• Consistently uphold the luxury hospitality standards and brand image of Nammos Beach Club.
• Provide support during special events, promotions, and during peak periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years experience in a similar capacity such as Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations within luxury hospitality settings.
• Background in premium restaurants, beach clubs, fine dining, hotels, or upscale lifestyle venues is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Well-groomed appearance and self-confident presence.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English proficiency; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, French, Italian, or Greek add value.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or equivalents is preferred.

Educational Qualifications
