Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $15 per hour
• Payment Frequency: Weekly

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of various floor types including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Utilize chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to avoid damage to surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrances.
• Dispose of waste appropriately, including the use of compactors where applicable.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with suitable products and tools.
• Spot-clean carpets and assist with deep cleaning like extraction and shampooing.
• Restock paper goods and sanitary supplies as needed.
• Adhere strictly to housekeeping schedules and protocols.
• Operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned based on client needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months’ janitorial experience.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous janitorial or cleaning role experience.
• Knowledge of custodial standards and commercial cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with floor care including buffing and waxing.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance.
