Job Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into key HR performance metrics.
- Automate, standardize, schedule, and distribute essential reports and analytical insights within a regulated framework.
- Prepare and share monthly dashboards and diagnostic reports supporting HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Recruitment teams.
- Support the department by analyzing data trends to enhance talent management, refine recruitment strategies, optimize hiring timelines, and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Translate functional and organizational requirements into actionable reporting outputs with thorough documentation to ensure repeatable and high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously improve predictive analytics tools to identify and report on evolving HR trends.
- Conduct research on academic and industry best practices, summarize findings for technical and general audiences, and translate these insights into practical applications within the department.
- Develop hypotheses, analyze data to answer critical questions, prepare reports, and proactively suggest and manage subsequent steps based on outcomes.
- Participate in advanced modelling initiatives utilizing statistical methods to build and calibrate validated tools and predictive models.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR analytics within a large organizational setting.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of various statistical methods.
- Expert-level proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and DAX for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to integrate diverse sources of information and draw comprehensive conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage at all organizational levels.
