Overview
V-Tronik Innovation LLP is seeking a Help Desk Customer Care Executive to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves managing customer accounts, resolving complaints, and providing high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires fluency in English, proficiency in typing, and familiarity with government portals and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and update customer accounts with relevant information
- Address product or service issues by identifying problems and explaining optimal solutions
- Process financial adjustments related to customer accounts
- Collect customer information to recommend suitable products or services
- Generate reports analyzing customer data and contributing to team goals
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently
- Build and maintain trustful relationships through clear communication
- Meet sales targets and call handling objectives
- Manage complaints promptly and follow up to ensure resolutions
- Record customer interactions and maintain organized account records
- Guide customers on company policies, product recalls, and promotions
- Support order placement, cancellations, exchanges, and payment processing
- Leverage computer technology to manage call flow and customer service operations
- Collaborate with customer service management to maintain service standards
- Compile reports measuring overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Fluent communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi preferred
- Strong typing abilities
- Familiarity with GEM Portal, e-Bidding platforms, and other government portals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and spreadsheets
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email communication
Working Conditions
- Work location: V-Tronik Innovation LLP, Cunningham Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru - 560051
- Work schedule: 6 days per week, 9 AM to 6 PM; Sundays off
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between 25,000 and 30,000 INR, negotiable based on experience
- Eligible for ESIC, Provident Fund, insurance, bonus, gratuity, and leave as per labor regulations

- Retention bonus awarded after completing 5 years of service
