Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position is not a traditional operations role; instead, it focuses on automating and streamlining operational processes using AI and code. Reporting directly to Jan, our Founder and CPTO, you will take ownership of various key operational areas:

  • Manage customer onboarding and technical setup, ensuring new members progress smoothly through the funnel.
  • Oversee blood testing site operations and secure additional locations.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling for mobile nursing staff.
  • Handle customer support and concierge services, addressing member inquiries and coordinating action plans.
  • Coordinate labs and logistics, managing sample flow, shipping, and handling issues such as driver no-shows or lab changes.
  • Develop pipelines for product and sales teams by structuring and relaying member feedback and usage patterns.

Your goal is to transform imperfect, inconsistent workflows into measurable, repeatable, and automated systems using AI-first tools.

Technical Approach

You will use AI agents and automation tools such as n8n, Lovable, Retool, and Zapier to eliminate manual tasks. Building internal tools will involve leveraging APIs from AI platforms like Claude and GPT to improve lab parsing, concierge message drafting, and onboarding workflows.
