Role Overview
This position focuses on supporting depository participant operations, with responsibility for transaction processing, client coordination, compliance checks, and accurate record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day CDSL DP operational work.
- Process Demat, Remat, Transmission, and Off-Market Transfer requests.
- Handle DIS instructions and Pledge/Unpledge requests.
- Coordinate with clients and RTAs as required.
- Maintain compliance, perform reconciliations, and ensure documents are complete and properly filed.
- Support surveillance-related activities within the operations workflow.
Candidate Profile
- Working knowledge of CDSL DP operations is required.
- Familiarity with current CDSL rules, regulations, and circulars is important.
- Exposure to Back Office systems and CDAS is needed.
- Should be comfortable with surveillance-related operational tasks.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office is expected.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000.
