Role Overview

This position focuses on supporting depository participant operations, with responsibility for transaction processing, client coordination, compliance checks, and accurate record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CDSL DP operational work.
• Process Demat, Remat, Transmission, and Off-Market Transfer requests.
• Handle DIS instructions and Pledge/Unpledge requests.
• Coordinate with clients and RTAs as required.
• Maintain compliance, perform reconciliations, and ensure documents are complete and properly filed.
• Support surveillance-related activities within the operations workflow.

Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of CDSL DP operations is required.
• Familiarity with current CDSL rules, regulations, and circulars is important.
• Exposure to Back Office systems and CDAS is needed.
• Should be comfortable with surveillance-related operational tasks.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office is expected.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000.
