Overview
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in managing all facets of hotel operations. This position plays a crucial role in guaranteeing operational efficiency, maintaining outstanding guest services, and building strong relations inside and outside the hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations and actively support the General Manager in operational activities.
- Delegate responsibilities to Heads of Departments (HODs) and supervise their performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and SOPs.
- Serve as the hotel’s Public Relations liaison to effectively promote the property within the hospitality sector, community, and trade bodies.
- Track guest feedback across platforms such as Guest Assistance, Expedia, and Engine, and lead service recovery efforts.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls, SOPs, policies, and quality service standards.
- Handle guest complaints swiftly and implement strategies to recover service quality.
- Maintain precise records related to cash flow, guest floor limits, accounts receivable aging, direct billing, and more.
- Enhance owner loyalty through proactive communication and consistent business outcomes.
- Assist in managing key property matters including capital projects, guest services, and refurbishments.
- Develop strong cooperation among hotel staff, department heads, and across departments to boost efficiency and event execution.
- Conduct routine audits of par stock to verify sufficient hotel supplies.
- Communicate hotel policies and procedures clearly and promptly to staff.
- Be accessible around-the-clock to address any guest or staff emergencies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage corporate clients and support new client acquisition when necessary.
- Execute any tasks assigned by the General Manager or senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within hotel operations.
- Experience specifically with Hilton Hotels is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, Monday through Saturday.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a guest-centric approach.

- This is a fully remote role based in India.
