Evaporator Trainee

Overview

This position involves comprehensive training to operate the Evaporation system and its related equipment within production. The role reports directly to the Evaporator Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to manage and adjust the operation of the Evaporation and supply systems effectively.
• Maintain accurate operational data including timing, production output, and quality metrics.
• Assist in scheduling work, task assignments, and production planning.
• Communicate any operational non-conformances and corrective actions to the technical team.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Engineering Department promptly.
• Monitor and help improve the productivity and efficiency of the Packing department by adhering to KPI standards.
• Ensure exceptional quality standards and workmanship are upheld at all times and participate in all required training activities relevant to the function.
• Keep the working environment organized and clean.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior exposure to computerized controls is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of pumps and control valves is preferred.
• Experience handling chemicals and hot liquids is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cleaning-in-place (CIP) protocols for food production machinery is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are imperative.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
• Demonstrated capability to guide and motivate team members effectively.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.

Additional Information
