- Track and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales outcomes, executing strategic plans to improve results.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and product effectiveness to maximize business performance.
- Optimize sales opportunities via effective management of the sales floor and strategic product placement.
Client Experience and Relationship Management
- Provide an outstanding, bespoke luxury shopping experience to every client.
- Develop and sustain strong, enduring relationships with VIPs and high-net-worth customers.
- Promote excellent clienteling techniques, effective use of CRM, and thorough follow-up after sales.
- Exemplify high standards of luxury customer service as a role model on the sales floor.
Team Leadership and Development
- Guide, coach, and inspire the department team to consistently achieve exceptional results.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for staff growth.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and continuous training to enhance team capabilities.
- Maintain high team morale, strong engagement, and uphold the brand's core values within the team.
Operational Excellence and Visual Standards
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and product arrangements in accordance with brand standards.
- Manage stock control, timely replenishment, and accuracy in inventory records.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
- Efficiently schedule staff to guarantee adequate coverage during high-traffic periods.
Brand Representation and Collaboration
- Serve as an ambassador of the luxury brand, consistently promoting its image and values.
- Collaborate closely with Store Management and Headquarters teams to align with store goals and objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant labor laws, health and safety standards, and shopping mall regulations.
