Title: Demand Planner III – Supply Demand Planner
Location: Austin, TX (hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Experience needed: 5–7+ years
Pay rate: $45.00–48.00 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Coordinate supply and demand planning to support smooth supply chain operations.
• Work on inventory, forecasting, and allocation planning activities.
• Study backlog, open orders, and supply limitations to help achieve business targets.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to deliver projects and improvements.
• Use data analysis to guide decisions and resolve planning challenges.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, operations, procurement, finance, or consulting.
• Background in supply and demand planning, inventory control, forecasting, and allocation planning.
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations and distribution networks.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience; Tableau knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach.
• Experience handling complex projects in a cross-functional, matrixed setup.
• Good communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related area.

Preferred background

• Experience with global supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Tableau and reporting platforms.
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience leading strategic supply chain initiatives and process enhancements.
