Role Overview
This role supports customs operations focusing on Europe and the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include coordinating customs inspections, managing customs-related national operations and performance monitoring, and overseeing cross-border warehouse coordination, including handling port delays and cold chain exceptions for fresh produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customs inspections, handling all inspection support for Europe and the UK.
- Manage and coordinate customs operations across European and UK nations, tracking and driving achievement of operational indicators.
- Oversee overall European cross-border warehouse collaborations, manage port congestion issues, and ensure resolution for fresh cold chain anomalies.
