About the Role
As a Corporate Recruiter at FMX, your primary responsibility will be to support the company's expansion by collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and onboard top talent. You will be accountable for managing the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers, while ensuring a positive candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments, from job postings and sourcing through to interviews and offer acceptance.
- Handle a consistent workload of approximately 10-12 active open positions, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, create structured interview plans, and guide confident hiring decisions.
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through diverse channels, building robust talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
- Enhance and uphold FMX's employer brand across multiple recruiting platforms and career sites.
- Maintain a thoughtful, timely, and positive experience for candidates at every phase of the hiring process.
- Assist in salary, bonus, and benefits discussions by providing market insights and compensation data.
- Ensure accuracy of recruitment data and streamline applicant tracking system (Workable) workflows.
- Investigate and adopt innovative recruiting tools, including AI-based solutions, to boost sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes in partnership with hiring teams, promoting structured, inclusive interviews and adhering to current best practices.
- Collect feedback from new hires to identify improvements in the hiring cycle and candidate engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently.
- Proven track record recruiting in high-growth SaaS or comparable environments.
- Versatile recruiting expertise, handling various corporate functions such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
- Adept at managing multiple simultaneous requisitions while ensuring excellent candidate interaction.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with experience recruiting passive candidates and constructing talent pools.
- Effective collaboration with hiring teams on definitions of hiring needs and interview processes.
- Excellent communication skills, including offer negotiation proficiency.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and using recruiting analytics to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging new technologies, including AI, to optimize recruitment processes.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and keeping abreast of recruitment best practices.

Compensation
- This role includes a base salary plus eligibility for company performance bonuses, with expected total on-target earnings between $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
