Role Overview

As an end-to-end recruiter, you will lead all aspects of the hiring process within our Business and Go-to-Market teams, focusing primarily on the EMEA region. Your responsibilities include creating outstanding candidate experiences, managing pipelines, partnering closely with stakeholders, and spearheading key talent acquisition initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with business leaders and executives globally, with emphasis on EMEA operations.
• Develop and maintain diverse and representative talent pools, balancing proactive sourcing with inbound candidates.
• Leverage data analytics to refine hiring approaches, providing insights to shape recruitment strategies.
• Innovate sourcing techniques, such as outreach campaigns, event participation, and content creation to engage passive candidates.
• Uphold company values consistently in your recruitment efforts.
• Identify and promote opportunities that enhance business and hiring processes.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum seven years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within growing enterprises, partnering with senior leadership in the EMEA area.
• Strong knowledge of the SaaS sector and competitive market landscapes within technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Demonstrated passion for attracting and engaging top talent.
• Advanced skills in hiring strategy development, including sourcing and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in German is essential.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience recruiting in SaaS companies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
