Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Skilled Labourer to become an integral part of our construction team. This role demands a proactive individual who embraces hard work, exhibits initiative on site, and contributes to delivering projects of exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support site operations through general labour duties including material handling and site cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment as needed.
• Provide assistance to carpenters, foremen, and superintendents with various on-site tasks.
• Ensure the work environment remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in site setup and teardown activities, managing temporary protections and basic installation tasks.
• Detect and report any site-related issues or safety risks promptly.
• Utilize basic hand and power tools safely when required.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in construction or general labour roles is beneficial.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic with readiness to undertake physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred; training will be offered.
• Capability to follow instructions accurately and collaborate within a team environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically intensive setting.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
