Cleaner

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams within Compass Group UK & Ireland. This position is contracted for 37.5 hours per week and aims to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our client venues, ensuring safe and welcoming environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to uphold safe and sanitary spaces for all clients and customers.
• Perform duties such as dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas to maintain excellent cleanliness standards.
• Regularly sanitise surface areas, floors, windows, and frequently touched points to prevent contamination.
• Handle additional cleaning tasks like promptly mopping spillages whenever needed.
• Manage waste by emptying and disposing of bins appropriately.
• Keep track of and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure availability.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent organisational aptitude paired with a keen eye for detail.
• A preference for hands-on tasks within a dynamic work setting.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Flexibility regarding work schedules and tasks.
