Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an initial contact point for prospective clients, you will generate enthusiasm for Quandri across insurance brokerages and agencies. Your role will involve building a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities, and representing Quandri at industry gatherings across Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel through outbound calls, emails, and overcoming objections.
  • Qualify leads into sales-accepted opportunities efficiently.
  • Communicate client and market insights internally to relevant teams.
  • Lead outbound lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and email marketing.
  • Represent Quandri at industry conferences and events, fostering relationships and generating new business leads.
  • Ensure CRM data (HubSpot) is accurately updated with sales interactions and deal information.
  • Create and enhance sales processes and supporting materials.
