About Quandri
Quandri is reshaping how insurance is experienced by policyholders across North America by building AI solutions for the people who run the industry’s core workflows: agencies and brokerages. Insurance agents sit at the center of Property & Casualty insurance sales and service, yet their work is becoming harder because of consolidation, a growing talent shortage, increasing operational complexity, and the rise of AI.
This creates a major opportunity to reimagine how agencies operate. Quandri is driving that shift by combining deep knowledge of insurance workflows, systems, and data with advanced technical capability and proprietary models to improve the insurance experience step by step.
The company aims to make insurance better for policyholders while helping brokerages deliver stronger service, scale faster, and use AI to shape the future of distribution.
Why this company and team
Quandri values speed, customer impact, and a team culture built around high performance and kindness. The head office is in Vancouver, British Columbia, with most of the team based there and the rest distributed across North America. The company is backed by respected U.S. and Canadian investors and has been recognized by LinkedIn’s Top Canadian Startups in 2024 and 2025, Deloitte’s Fast 50, CB Insights’ Insurtech 50 and Fintech 100, and The Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Companies in Canada.
People tend to succeed here if they are deeply customer-oriented, comfortable in a fast-changing environment, ownership-driven, excited by AI-first thinking, willing to move quickly, low-ego, and motivated by making a meaningful impact rather than small incremental changes.
